Registation (including onsite registration) is now closed

To promote community building, registration for SOCC’19 takes the form of packages that include the conference with lodging and food. The early-bird rates for those packages are heavily discounted. Because we understand that some people may not be able to stay at the conference, we also offer conference registration without lodging.

The prices listed for all packages include ALL taxes and fees.

Ηotel block of rooms is only guaranteed until October 21st.

For those opting for the all-inclusive packages the check in/out dates are as follows:

• Check in is on Wednesday, Nov 20th, 2019

• Check out is on Saturday, Nov 23rd, 2019

Please note that we will share your name with the hotel to reserve your room when you purchase an all inclusive package

Student Package (Shared double-room)

Full time students are eligible for the student package, which includes the conference registration, lodging in a shared double room for three nights (we will help with roommate assignments), all meals, all taxes and all fees.

• Early Registration: $875 ($475 for the conference, charged at registration, and $400 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

• Late Registration: $1,075 ($675 for the conference, charged at registration, and $400 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

If you are a student but would like an individual room, you need to book one of the packages below under ACM Member or ACM Non-Member

ACM/SIG Member Packages

ACM/SIG members are eligible for member packages, which include the conference registration, lodging in a shared double or individual room for three nights, all meals, all taxes and all fees.

Individual Room

• Early Registration : $1,287 ($500 for the conference, charged at registration, and $787 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

• Late Registration : $1,487 ($700 for the conference, charged at registration, and $787 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

Shared Double Room

• Early Registration : $1,000 ($600 for the conference, charged at registration, and $400 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

• Late Registration : $1,200 ($800 for the conference, charged at registration, and $400 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

Non-ACM Member Packages

Everyone is eligible for the non-member packages, which include the conference registration, lodging in a shared double or individual room for three nights, all meals, all taxes and all fees.

Individual Room

• Early Registration : $1,387 ($600 for the conference, charged at registration, and $787 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

• Late Registration : $1,587 ($800 for the conference, charged at registration, and $787 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

Shared Double Room

• Early Registration : $1,100 ($700 for the conference, charged at registration, and $400 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

• Late Registration : $1,300 ($900 for the conference, charged at registration, and $400 lodging with breakfasts and dinners charged at checkout)

Partner Lodging and Dining

Individual room packages have the option to pay an additional $300 for a partner. This cost is charged at checkout, includes shared double room accommodations with meeting attendee, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Sunset Restaurant, on-site recreational amenities on a daily basis, taxes, and service charges.

Offsite Registration

We also offer conference registration without lodging. Please note that the following types of registration DO NOT include breakfast or dinner. They only include lunch, coffee breaks, and the post-dinner program.

Students

ACM/SIG Member

• Early Registration: $800

• Late Registration: $1000

Non-ACM Member

• Early Registration: $900

• Late Registration: $1100

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before October 7th 2019 - No cancellation fee.

• Cancellation before October 30th 2019 - $100 cancellation fee.

• Cancellation before November 13th 2019 - $200 cancellation fee.
